Our client is an Agentic AI start-up based out on India. They had a vision to develop an AI agent which can be used by call centres to perform various activities.

Problem Statement

The founding team of start-up has very good subject matter expertise in call centre operations & processes however they didn’t have technical knowledge to launch the product.

Our solution

DataFram Systems set up a cross functional team including developers, designers, cloud consultant, Data scientist, AI experts and business analyst to build a scalable & reliable AI agent.

Results

We helped client in crafting clear scope of implementation & created customized strategy keeping their budget and timelines in mind. We also helped client to get reasonable number of credits from cloud providers. Knowing the fact, that client comes from non-technical background, our BA acted as a bridge.

DataFram team developed the agent, trained it to a level that it can start the POC with few initial clients. We have trained the model in a way that it can learn and scale on its own. We have also made sure that the cost of resources is under control as it was an MVP while provisioning to scale it as needed.
