A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience and proficiency in various of the following areas:

• ETL / ELT Development is must. Expertise on Power BI for data transformation and tools like Azure Analysis Services, Azure Synapse Analytics, and more.
• Power Query and DAX writing, tuning, and optimization.
• Expertise in building complex data models
• Need to be able to build the most efficient data models possible.
• Designing and building highly optimized Power BI data models.
• Ability to talk to key stakeholders, BI users, and technical users and to lead on BI and analytics discussions.
• Good understanding of BI best practices, design considerations, Dashboarding, KPI and data visualization
• Power BI administration, Premium Capacity and other license considerations, workspace optimization, and security
• SQL / TSQL scripting is desirable
